Start to this blog

I started Pastry school a couple months ago. I have always loved to bake and make things and culinary school has not been an exception. I have enjoyed the start of the basics very much.
I decided that I needed to blog of the things that I have been doing and what I have been learning. I know this first quarter is almost over but I do know that it has been a quarter of going through things I knew and perfecting them. Next quarter I will start centerpieces and chocolate which means that I will start things I have never done so now I have this blog to make and share with the world how I'm going to make every week or every day a new experience.
