Peanut Butter Jelly Time!!

So my brother Loves peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
I decided for his birthday to do a twist on the peanut butter cake I normally make for him and add jelly.
This cake is really easy for the most part.
I took one box of yellow cake mix and fallowed the directions on making it.
I then took a cup and a half of strawberry jelly or your choice of jelly and whipped it so it was nice and fluffy.
butter and flour the pan and pour in the yellow cake mix, then spoon in the jelly and using a knife swirl it through the batter.
Then I took a clean bowl and added 3 TBS of brown sugar 1/2 a cup of chopped peanuts and 2TBS of creamy peanut butter mixing with my hands until it becomes a nice crumble and then crumble it over the unbaked cake.
Then bake at 350*F for 25-30 mins
Let the cake cool and then frost!
The frosting is just as easy as the cake.
1 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup of butter (softened)
and mix these together until fluffy
add in 1-1/2 cups of Powdered sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla and whip
if needed add 1tsp at a time milk as needed.
Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl and make sure everything comes together so that their are no lumps.
Frost the cake and decorate as desired.
I cut fresh strawberries and decorated with them and a little bit of white cream cheese frosting that I had from making red velvet cake.

Enjoy!
